ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a Restaurant Accountant/Controller to work in a hybrid environment. We are located in Central Phoenix. Applicants must be local and have 3 plus years of Restaurant Accounting experience to be considered. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform accounting and financial reporting functions for multiple entities Assist with Month End Close Fixed Assets and Reconciliations Maintains/manages the accounting processes and records in Restaurant 365 Manages the annual audit process Direct the continuous review of pricing and implementing pricing changes through all systems Operates and monitors the organization’s system of internal controls Coordinates accounting with operations management to evaluate and implement various business initiatives including process improvement, system implementation and upgrades Provides management with timely reviews of organization’s financial status Provides operations with timely P&L reports and operational analysis for use in managing the business Oversees Accounts Payable and Data Entry functions Implement P-card solution with integration to R365 Accounting system Provides expertise in all financial areas for start-up of new entities: general accounting, budgeting/forecasting, cash management and decision support State Salkes Tax Reporting Qualifications Proficient in computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite of products. Restaurant 365 and Toast experience preferred Ability to analyze, research, disseminate and make recommendations on multiple projects Keen analytical ability, detail oriented and able to provide positive leadership and direction to Accounting/Support personnel Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality Ability to plan, organize and execute projects and initiatives Ability to conceptualize and design organization and accounting policies and procedures Ability to interact effectively with all levels of team members, joint venture partners and owners Ability to effectively manage work through others, manage change and conflict Compensation: $75,000.00 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Luci's Urban Concepts
