Description:

• Patient Monitoring: Utilize advanced monitoring equipment to track vital signs, telemetry, and critical metrics.
• Assessment & Intervention: Perform regular assessments, recognize subtle changes in patient conditions, and initiate necessary interventions or life-saving measures.
• Medication Management: Administer complex medications, IV therapies, and titrate drips as ordered.
• Specialized Care: Care for patients recovering from surgery, cardiac events, or those with complex conditions (e.g., vent patients, stroke patients requiring neuro checks).
• Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists) to develop and implement care plans.
• Education: Educate patients and families on diseases, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely documentation of nursing care and patient responses.

RequirementDescription:

• 2 years RN Stepdown/Progressive Care experience - [REQUIRED]
