Procurement Specialist

Overview

Remote: Procurement Specialist (237804) at Black Diamond Networks . The client is looking for a procurement specialist to be the sourcing point person for all RFP and supplier negotiations. This role partners with suppliers and internal teams to lead and execute strategic equipment sourcing needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sourcing point for RFPs and supplier negotiations.
• Plan and execute negotiations and terms for equipment and supply agreements.
• Manage the service and equipment supply to ensure timely project deadlines.
• Identify and drive resolution of active supply issues that could impact the business.
• Collaborate with Lab Heads, QA, and R&D to ensure internal needs are met.

Qualifications

• Industry experience of 5–8 years. Not required to be Life Science-specific.
• Familiarity with Lab Equipment, Bidding, Negotiation, Maintenance, and Warranty contract terms.
• Ability to plan and execute negotiations and terms for equipment and supply agreements.
