The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is a rapidly growing, locally owned, and operated full-service rain gutter and gutter guard franchise with over 100 locations nationwide. Our mission is to "Reinvent Contractor Service" by providing a great place to work and delivering 5-star service every step of the way from initial phone inquiry, home visit, inspection and estimate, scheduling, timeliness, installation, follow-up, and ongoing support and service. As a General Manager of our Norwood, MA location, this role is the primary integrator for the organization, listening closely to the owner's vision and mapping out a plan to achieve it. The GM brings creative roadmaps to the owner, including detailed plans for achieving the annual and long-term plans. The GM is responsible for the output of all the people on their team. This will require creating, maintaining, and improving the systems and processes the team uses, as well as gaining the type of buy-in that animates them at peak performance. This role is responsible for all business operations and will determine and delegate to staff; which consists of administrative, operational, sales/marketing, and field employees.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
