Nurse Educator

Role Overview The Clinical Educator is a clinical education and training expert responsible for supporting patient transitions to home and alternate‑site infusion care. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, educate, and train patients, caregivers, and staff on infusion therapies, ensuring safe therapy initiation and patient independence. Conduct in-person and virtual education, perform patient assessments, and document clinical interactions. Coordinate patient transitions from hospital to home, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure clinical readiness and continuity of care. Partner with sales and clinical teams to provide clinical expertise during educational programs, onboarding, and growth initiatives. Act as a clinical liaison across internal teams, providing consultation and ensuring consistent messaging. Maintain compliance with regulations, document activities accurately, and support data collection on outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Active RN license (BSN preferred) with at least three years of clinical experience, infusion therapy experience preferred. Experience in adult education, clinical training, or healthcare education preferred. Strong clinical knowledge, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or clinical documentation experience is a plus.
