The cook will thrive in a fast-paced short order kitchen within a casual dining environment. Working primarily with a small team of 1-5 members, the role emphasizes preparation, cooking, and plating using equipment such as grills, fryers, and stovetops during evening shifts. Attention to sanitation, recipe adherence, and food safety compliance are essential to maintain quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and food items for cooking
