Chipton-Ross is seeking an HR Assistant for a contract opportunity in Archbald, PA.

*12 month extendable contract position*

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

-Candidate must have at least 5 years of prior HR experience

-Candidate must have experience interacting effectively with all levels of employees within an organization

-Candidate must have experience utilizing HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems

-Candidate must be comfortable using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

-Candidate must be able to be on site full time to support a 4/10 work schedule (M-Th)

-Candidate must be at work prior to 7am on Mondays when new employee orientation is scheduled (other days have some flexibility with start/end times)

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the HR department. Responsibilities may include: supporting new employee orientation, training record management, requisition statusing, event/activity support, etc. Maintains both manual and electronic records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential data and prepares presentations and reports, as requested.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

-HR experience in a manufacturing or other industrial setting preferred

-Prior experience using SAP SuccessFactors preferred

-Formal education in HR or related field is strongly preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Accredited High School and some real HR experience (actively using HR systems).

WORK HOURS:

Full-Time; 4/10A-1st Shift.
