Position Summary We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN, ensuring quality care and resident safety. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document residents' health status and report changes to the RN. Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers. Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures. Communicate with residents, families, and the care team regarding care needs. Perform other duties as assigned by facility management. Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN license in Tennessee. Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working with older adults.
