OPEN POSITION:
Physician Assistant - Orthopedics

SCHEDULE: 
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- 40 Hours per Week
- No Evenings
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
- No On-Call

COMPENSATION:
- $130,000+ Starting Base Salary, depending on experience

- Odessa, Texas (primary work site)
- Midland, Texas (primary work site)
- Lubbock, Texas (secondary work site - 4 days per month)

This private practice operates multiple offices in West Texas, specializing in pain and injury treatment, sports medicine, orthopedic surgeries, cartilage replacement, and more.  Their dedicated team of physicians and physician assistants are experts in the treatment and care of the musculoskeletal system.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The practice sees patients for a wide range of orthopedic pain and injury conditions.  The role of the physician assistant includes, but is not limited to:

- therapeutic joint injections
- trigger point injections
- joint injections
- pre- and post-operative patient care
- medical decision-making, data gathering, documentation, and care transitions
- reassessments
- acute visits
- test monitoring
- consultations
- routine follow-up visits

Providers see an average of 20 to 25 patients per day, but this can be adjusted based on patient need.  They are fully supported by clinical assistants and administrative staff.

The practice will provide full training; no orthopedic experience is required.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Texas PA license
- DEA
- NCCPA certification
- no experience required
- full training provided
