Position Summary Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. Maintains safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Fulfills Member Fax & Pull and Click & Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet member needs. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, and recommending improvement opportunities. Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid at rates from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed, and multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
