Join Our Team – Licensed Pest Management Professional
Employment Type: Full-Time (preferred)
At Elite Pest Solutions Inc, we take pride in delivering exceptional pest management services with honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer care. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Licensed Pest Management Professional to join our team.
If you are passionate about solving pest problems, enjoy working independently, and value building lasting relationships with customers, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Perform residential and commercial pest control services according to state regulations and company standards.
- Conduct thorough property inspections and identify pest activity.
- Apply pest management products safely and effectively.
- Educate customers on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and follow-up recommendations.
- Maintain accurate service records using company software.
- Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain a professional appearance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every appointment.
- Current Pest Management Professional License (required).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
