Serving as a key point of contact for providers, the full-time remote Provider Network Specialist will deliver first-line support for network-related inquiries, focusing on provider contracting, credentialing, and network participation status while ensuring high-quality customer service. Key responsibilities Answer inbound customer service calls, providing entry-level troubleshooting and redirecting calls as necessary Address minor provider issues and resolve complaints while ensuring clear documentation of all communications Identify provider issues and determine appropriate actions for effective resolution Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Solid knowledge of the commercial health insurance market Ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs Experience with Facets is preferred but training will be provided
