The ideal individual will have prior experience supporting large-scale construction projects.

In this role, you will be embedded full-time on site, providing day-to-day oversight and leadership across preconstruction and construction delivery phases on behalf of our client. You will be the primary point of accountability for project performance, acting as a trusted extension of the client's team. Responsibilities:

Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.Can analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilizedEnsure application of best practice on all projects.Production of formal project status reports and other reports as required.Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are applied correctly.Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.Manage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications.Forecast and update key project milestones.Manage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteria.Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.Rapid response to RFIs from the field.Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required.Independent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers.Client management – assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunities.Strategic Thinking - provides advice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both clients’ objectives and business objectives.Knowledge management – ensure that key information and learnings generated from each project are captured.Process improvement – Identify ways to improve internal systems and processesSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.QualificationsMinimum 8 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in data center or mission-critical constructionProven experience in an Owner's Representative or Owner's PM capacityStrong technical understanding of data center infrastructure — MV/LV electrical distribution, cooling systems (CRAC, CRAH, chilled water, CDUs), generators, UPS, BMS, fire suppression, and building envelopeDemonstrated ability to manage GC and trade contractor performance on large-scale, fast-paced programsExperience with GMP contracts, change order management, and cost controlProficiency in Procore, scheduling tools (P6 or equivalent), and Microsoft Office SuiteMust be able to work on-site 5 days per week in Goodyear, AZAdditional Information*On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs.*Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
