Professional Land Surveyor (Pls) – Pennsylvania

A growing firm is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor (Pls) to join its team in Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a variety of surveying projects while working with an experienced team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee land surveying projects from fieldwork through final deliverables.
• Review survey data, boundary surveys, plats, and legal descriptions.
• Coordinate with field crews, engineers, clients, and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable surveying standards and regulations.
• Assist with project planning, quality control, and client communication.

Qualifications:

• Pennsylvania Professional Land Surveyor (Pls) license required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required.
