• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, 8-hour shifts
• 18 patients per day minimum
• Mixed pediatric and adult populations
• Outpatient family practice setting
• Chronic pain management experience required
• 3+ years experience in similar outpatient setting preferred
