As a second-generation State Farm Agent and proud Ponte Vedra native, I’ve been immersed in the insurance industry since 2009 and opened my own agency in 2016 after earning a BA in Business from Bethune-Cookman University. Our team brings over 50 years of combined insurance experience, and we’re committed to providing excellent service while fostering a supportive, growth-focused environment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jonathan Gibbs - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish Preferred.
