About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Towne U.S. LLC to find a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fayetteville, North Carolina, 28304!

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing services to patients. The SLP will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve communication, functional abilities, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for speech, language, communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment strategies, home programs, and communication techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning as appropriate.
• Provide patient-centered care while maintaining a safe and supportive treatment environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license in the applicable state.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred/required based on facility requirements.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
