CDP Platform Lead

CDP Platform Lead Location: Homedale, NJ or Bensalem, PA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite Required) Key Tools / Technologies Segment (Customer Data Platform) – Mandatory Adobe RTCDP Hightouch Key Responsibilities Act as the primary Marketing Data Architecture SME across business and IT teams. Conduct current-state CDP assessment including features, challenges, gaps, and priorities. Analyze business and technical requirements through use cases and capability assessments. Understand and design real-time, batch, and streaming data ingestion from core systems and digital channels. Lead preparation of current-state architecture assessment documentation and align with Client stakeholders. Align marketing data architecture with enterprise data strategy, analytics frameworks, and cloud principles. Lead architectural design and implementation of Segment CDP and/or other CDP platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to define target data flows and architecture. Preferred Skills Experience with customer data platforms and marketing technology ecosystems. Strong understanding of data architecture, data integration, and cloud-based data platforms. Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams. Staffing the Universe
