Key responsibilities Design and develop conversational flows that improve user engagement and satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing platforms Analyze conversation data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer experience Required qualifications Proven experience in conversational design or a related field Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in customer interactions Experience with data analysis and user experience design principles Familiarity with chatbot development platforms and tools Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment Virtual Vocations Inc
