As a Flagger/Traffic Controller you are responsible for various road closures and the safety of those passing by. Learn how to close off a road using cones/barricades and be responsible for two-way flagging. Two-way flagging is using a stop & slow sign to allow traffic to know when they can pass work zones safely. Load trucks and deliver/pickup barricades, signs & traffic control equipment and complete reports and other duties as necessary. Qualifications Must have a valid driver’s license for 2 years and a clear motor vehicle record. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be available during business hours and able to work nights/weekends on an on-call schedule. Able to lift 50lbs and stand on your feet for 6-12 hours per day. Good communication skills. English proficiency required for safety coordination. Must be able to pass a drug test that does not include THC marijuana testing. Must be able to work independently and in a team.
