What You'll Do
- Provide expert nursing care to ICU patients across multiple units, including MICU, TICU, Neuro ICU, and Burn ICU
- Float between ICUs as needed, maintaining flexibility and adaptability
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Document patient care accurately and promptly in Epic electronic medical records
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including BLS and ACLS standards
- Respond to patient needs and communicate effectively with families and staff
What You Need
- Active RN license in Louisiana or appropriate state
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Strong clinical skills in critical care environments
- Ability to float between multiple ICU units as required
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Preferred Certifications: CPI, CCRN
