Your responsibilities will include:* Providing in-home support and teaching practical skills to strengthen families.* Connecting families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services.* Offering crisis intervention and guidance when needed.* Building strong relationships with families and collaborating with professionals like teachers, doctors, and social workers.* Developing service plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation.**Who We’re Looking For:*** **Education & Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field **and** 1 year of experience working with children and families + OR Associate’s degree **and** 2 years of experience* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends* Bilingual skills are a plus**Additional Opportunities*** Certification as a Parenting Instructor* Facilitation of family decision-making meetings* Professional development and leadership pathways* Other Duties: This job description incorporates the essential functions and duties required for this position. Duties are performed in a variety of environments ranging from highly stressful and potentially aggressive to casual and leisurely, in both indoor and outdoor settings.
