Collaborating PhysicianTitle: Collaborating PhysicianLocation: Savannah, GAMainStreet Family Care is growing and we're looking to hire a fast, fun, and friendly Part-Time Collaborating Physician to join our team! We currently have 60+ clinics across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina, and we are still growing!This position varies in days and hours. This is not a full-time position.Responsibilities:In-clinic shifts will be spent working with Nurse Practitioners and Physician AssistantsConduct monthly quality reviews of patient charts based on State Regulations and/or proceduresAbility to evaluate, assess, provide proper documentation, and give appropriate interventionBe available to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants via phone or emailProven ability to supervise multiple Nurse Practitioners and Physician AssistantsExecute collaborative agreement with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants and renew as required by State LawProvide feedback as needed to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for performance, including areas with opportunity for improvementPerform any other duties or services required by law or company policyAbility to conduct a site visit with respective Nurse Practitioners and Physician AssistantsQualifications:Current and active MD or DO license, multiple state licenses a plusStrong clinical backgroundActive DEA LicenseFlexible, patient-centric, self-motivated, energetic, vigilant, professionalPassion for providing excellent patient care while emphasizing wellness and preventionDeep desire to make an impact on patients' lives and get back to quality patient careExpertise in treating both acute and chronic conditionsFamily Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine preferredValid and unrestricted state licenseComfortable with technologyBenefits:Malpractice insuranceUpToDate subscriptionFlexible schedule typically consists of 1 in-clinic day every 4 weeks (can work more if requested)*Standard Drug Screen, Driving Record and Background Checks will be performed.*MAINSTREET FAMILY CARE IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
