Senior Implementation Manager

Guiding a high-volume book of growth and commercial customers through structured onboarding, the full-time Senior Implementation Manager will lead concurrent implementations, conduct architecture discovery sessions, and configure technical integrations, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead 15 or more concurrent implementations, guiding customers through onboarding frameworks from kickoff to launch Conduct architecture discovery sessions to ensure CRM configurations align with customers' sales and marketing workflows Configure core technical integrations, including CRM connectors and data warehouse connections, while tracking progress against milestones Required qualifications 2 to 4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, or a similar customer-facing technical role Hands-on knowledge of CRM infrastructure, specifically Salesforce and/or HubSpot Familiarity with the B2B GTM ecosystem and integration of various sales and marketing tools Experience working with B2B sales, marketing, or revenue operations teams Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements
