Overnight Shift Emergency Veterinary Assistant VCA Animal Emergency Hospital Southeast Calder Road is looking for a full-time overnight shift emergency veterinary assistant to join their one-of-a-kind emergency and critical care hospital! Schedule: full-time, overnight Location: 1108 Gulf Fwy S Suite 280 League City, TX 77573 Veterinary assistant experience required. Emergency experience preferred. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Our hospital has been serving the Bay Area near Houston for over 20 years. The skills that will be utilized include, but are not limited to: Restraining and assisting in patient exams and routine procedures. Taking detailed medical histories and patient vitals. Filling prescriptions (as allowed by law). Performing laboratory work and diagnostic imaging. Providing compassionate care for our hospitalized animals. Maintaining medical records.
