The Labor and Delivery RN position in Encinitas, CA at the facility offers you the chance to support mothers and newborns in a Baby-Friendly birthing pavilion with a Level II neonatal intensive care unit. You will provide care for labor, antepartum, postpartum, and newborn patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and positive outcomes.Required qualifications include a current California RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications are required.
