REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree or higher in Physical Therapy Assisting
• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California (CA)

OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking passionate Physical Therapist Assistants to join a collaborative, patient‑focused therapy team across California. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in multiple care settings , including post‑acute facilities, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics. PTAs will play a key role in supporting patient recovery, functional improvement, and long‑term wellness through high‑quality, compassionate care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide exceptional physical therapy care across diverse clinical environments Assist Physical Therapists in evaluating patients and implementing individualized treatment plans Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence Collaborate with physicians, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support optimal recovery Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliant medical records Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long‑term wellness
