Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $30.00 – $36.50 (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials:
• Evening (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm): +$2.30/hour
• Night (11:00 pm – 7:00 am): +$3.75/hour
• Weekend (Friday 7 pm – Monday 7 am): +$3.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop individualized birth plans.
• Manage labor progression and intervene as needed.
• Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn health.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to emergencies with confidence and professionalism.

What You Need

• Required:
  • Kansas RN license
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • BLS certification (must be obtained within two weeks of start)
  • ACLS certification
• Preferred:
  • Experience in labor and delivery nursing
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), PALS, and Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications (within specified timeframes)
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player
