Registered Nurse (RN) Medical-Surgical

Overview Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical, full‑time days, based at National Park Medical Center, Hot Springs, Arkansas. This role offers a $15,000 sign‑on bonus with a two‑year commitment and involves providing compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated nursing team. Responsibilities Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs. Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient. Perform timely and accurate documentation related to medical necessity. Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Conduct timely and accurate QI assessments. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Current state RN license. Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS certification required within 90 days of hire.
