Become the Dietitian You Aspire to Be

Your role will involve:

• Communicating with and advising patients based on physician directives and dietary guidelines.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
• Evaluating referral orders to assess the adequacy of nutritional intake methods.
• Documenting relevant information in patients' medical records in accordance with established protocols.
• Implementing nutritional care plans, modifying menus, and assisting patients with specific dietary requirements.
• Conducting calorie counts and providing suitable recommendations.
• Reviewing, updating, and approving menus for nutritional sufficiency.

Qualifications

• Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association.
• State licensure is mandatory.
• Membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is preferred.
• A Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited institution in Food & Nutrition.
• Preferred one year of experience in Clinical Dietetics.
