Join a well-rounded team of four physicians and APP support, and one lab assistant to help with the most medically complex community members through homes and skilled nursing facility visits.
Practice details include:
- Multi-Specialty Group Employee, Traditional
- Minimal Call Ratio
- $260-270K Salary OR Income Guarantee
- WRVU production incentives
- Loan Forgiveness available

- EPIC in use for EMR
- Flexible 4-day or 5-day work week
- 8-10 patients per day
- phone call-2x per month and one weekend quartely shared between Geriatrics and Internal Medicine teams
- Work closely with Palliative Care and Hospice team
- Coverage of 3 local skilled nursing facilities
- Government site qualified: HPSA Score 14
- Internal student loan repayment of up to $120,000
- One-year physician partnership track for US candidates
