Helpdesk Support Lead

Compensation $30 - $35/hour, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Helpdesk Support Lead to join their team! Key Responsibilities & Duties Supervise and mentor Desktop Support Technicians daily. Monitor and prioritize support tickets for timely resolution. Act as primary escalation point for complex technical issues. Ensure compliance with SLAs and company policies. Evaluate team productivity and provide performance metrics. Coordinate system upgrades and desktop support operations. Facilitate regular team meetings for performance review. Collaborate with IT management for process improvements. Maintain and enhance service desk knowledge base. Required Qualifications & Experience Strong verbal and written communication skills. Advanced technical problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workflow creation. Knowledge of desktop hardware and troubleshooting. Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar platforms. Minimum 5 years of Desktop Support experience. At least 2 years in a leadership role. Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with ticketing system improvements. Familiarity with training initiatives and customer survey programs.
