Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting surgical procedures by efficiently prepping and organizing the operating room
• Ensuring adherence to strict infection control protocols and maintaining sterile environments
• Assisting surgeons and surgical assistants by providing necessary instruments and supplies
• Overseeing and managing surgical tools and equipment during all stages of the procedure
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available for each operation
• Working collaboratively with nursing staff, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Accurately maintaining surgical counts and documentation throughout operations

Education Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

Certifications Needed:

• Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential required
• BLS certification (or ability to secure within 90 days of hiring)
