This role will serve as a key business partner to senior leadership, delivering insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. This role will also lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team. What We’re Looking For 12+ years of total experience 5+ years of in FP&A with a large ($1 Billion+) public company 3 + years proven leadership and people development skills Experience managing a team of 4 or more.
