A family in Moses Lake, Washington is seeking a dependable Live-In Household Manager / Property Caretaker to oversee the daily upkeep of two private residences. This long-term position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a clean, organized, and well-maintained home. The primary focus is housekeeping, household management, and property care, with occasional assistance caring for an infant and dogs. Separate housing provided. Responsibilities

• Maintain two local homes to a high standard of cleanliness and organization
• Perform daily housekeeping, laundry, ironing, and deep cleaning
• Organize closets, pantries, and household storage areas
• Care for fine furnishings and household finishes
• Keep both homes guest-ready and well stocked with supplies
• Assist with general property oversight and identify maintenance needs
• Provide occasional care for an infant and assist with family dogs as needed
• Stay at the home during family travel to care for the property, pets, and child when required

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a private home or estate
• Strong housekeeping, laundry, and organizational skills
• Experience caring for luxury homes and fine furnishings
• Comfortable caring for dogs and providing occasional infant care
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent references from previous private household employers
