Registered Nurse (RN)This is a float pool position requiring flexibility in scheduling. Registered Nurses will be assigned to various units, including the Emergency Department, Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Stepdown/PCU, as needed.ResponsibilitiesFloat throughout the hospital as required across multiple units.Maintain patient ratios of up to 1:6 in Medical Surgical units.Provide high-quality patient care and support in critical situations.ScheduleNight shifts of 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00).Every other weekend is required.Must be flexible with scheduling; no block schedule requests will be accommodated.HolidaysTravelers are expected to work during major holidays. Responsibilities include:Work one major holiday if it falls within the assignment period.Work two major holidays if two fall within the assignment period.Work two out of three major holidays if three fall within the assignment period.Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.First-time travelers are accepted.Full compliance is required to start on time.Additional InformationLocals are accepted and will receive the same rate as travelers.Client Details City Cartersville State GA
