Electrophysiology Cardiology Physician

This facility is seeking an Electrophysiology Cardiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: 2-3 times a month, call only
Practice Setting: Inpatient
Type of cases and required procedures: Permanent pacemaker implants, pacemaker lead extractions, leadless pacemaker implants, implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) implants, ablations: atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), ventricular tachycardia (VT), cryoablation
Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
Certifications required: Must be board certified
Licensure required: Must have an active Indiana license to be considered, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) (or one that is easily transferable) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
