Work in a meaningful role providing both in-home and school-based services to children ages birth to 5 years old . Key Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy services to children ages birth–5 years Participate in evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Apply current evidence-based pediatric PT practices Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and caregivers to support developmental goals Submit documentation, reports, and billing accurately and on time Ensure services are delivered in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and Pediatric internship or pediatric therapy experience strongly preferred Three to five years physical therapy experience preferred.
