IT PMO LeadBridgewater, NJ 3 days onsite OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced IT PMO Lead to partner with the VP of IT PMO in building and maturing enterprise PMO processes. This role will drive portfolio governance, financial management, resource planning, and best practices across a large global IT transformation portfolio.ResponsibilitiesBuild and enhance enterprise PMO governance and processes.Lead portfolio planning, prioritization, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Drive resource and capacity planning across multiple programs.Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and portfolio reporting.Partner with business and IT leaders to improve portfolio execution and operational excellence.Support global digital transformation initiatives across enterprise technologies.Requirements10+ years of Enterprise PMO, IT Portfolio Management, or PMO leadership experience.Proven experience establishing PMO governance and best practices.Strong portfolio financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning experience.Experience supporting large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs.Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.ReferenceCR/135512_1783604936Date9 Jul 2026 New Jersey, United States of America, North America Location Negotiable Salary Software Development Technology Contract Type Hybrid Workplace
