About the role
We re looking for an enthusiastic IT Sales Representative to introduce our IT products to prospective customers. This is an entry-level role, so candidates with no experience are welcome. You ll receive training on our products, sales process, and customer relationship tools.
What you ll do
- Contact prospective customers by phone, email, and other channels.
- Learn about each customer s needs and recommend suitable IT products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in clear, simple language.
- Follow up with leads and help move interested prospects through the sales process.
- Keep customer and sales activity records up to date.
- Work with the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide timely responses.
What we re looking for
- 0 6 months of sales experience; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Clear communication and a friendly, confident manner.
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn about IT products.
- A customer-focused attitude and persistence when following up.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using email and spreadsheets.
- Ability to work toward goals as part of a team.
