Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service

- Lead, motivate, and train bar staff to deliver excellent customer service

- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control stock levels to minimize waste

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including alcohol licensing laws

- Create and update drink menus, including specialty cocktails and promotions

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally

- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality setting

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of bar operations, drink recipes, and mixology techniques

- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to alcohol service

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., Responsible Service of Alcohol) preferred
