Key Responsibilities: Smile and provide friendly, engaging guest service to create “Guests for Life.” Verify identification and ensure all age requirements are met. Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences. Make recommendations based on guests’ tastes and preferences. Process customer payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations. Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and team members. Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Requirements: M ustbe at least 21 years old. Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and bar operations. Familiarity with standard bar equipment (e.g., dishwasher, slicers, coolers, ice machine). Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written). Must be able to speak and read English;additionallanguages a plus. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift). Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25–30 lbs. Ability to tolerate busy or noisy work environments. Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
