Bring your Mastercam and 5-axis programming expertise to a team that turns complex designs into precise, production-ready parts. As our CNC Programmer, you’ll build and refine machining programs, partner closely with machinists and quality, and help make every run safer, more accurate, and more efficient.

What you’ll do

• Create, modify, verify, and maintain CNC programs for milling, turning, and other CNC equipment.
• Use Mastercam to develop and optimize toolpaths, including 5-axis programs .
• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, GD&T, specifications, and customer requirements to plan effective machining processes.
• Select tooling, workholding, cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and machining strategies for each job.
• Provide machinists with accurate programs, tooling details, work offsets, and setup instructions.
• Troubleshoot programming, setup, tooling, and machining challenges with machinists and production partners.
• Support first-article inspections and production runs, then refine programs based on inspection results, operator feedback, engineering changes, and opportunities to improve quality or cycle time.
• Work with Quality to address nonconforming product and determine appropriate process or programming corrections.
• Maintain accurate job and production information in JobBOSS2 and follow document control, revision, traceability, safety, and quality procedures.

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on Mastercam experience and 5-axis CNC programming experience. Both are required.
• CNC programming and machining experience, with a solid understanding of machining principles and CNC controls.
• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and CAD models.
• Knowledge of tooling, workholding, feeds and speeds, and machining strategies.
• Familiarity with G-code/M-code and precision inspection methods or measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a practical, start-to-finish approach to problem-solving.
• Clear communication, teamwork, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple jobs under production deadlines.
• A commitment to safe work and consistent, high-quality results.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Knowledge of GD&T and experience with JobBOSS2 or another manufacturing ERP/MRP system are also preferred.
