Qualifications Fluency: 100% Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must. You can build rapport in both languages effortlessly. Recruiting DNA: Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, screening, and interviewing. Board Savvy: Deep familiarity with modern job boards and a sharp eye for spotting great resumes in a sea of applications. Tech Intuition: Highly proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
