Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire candidate journey, from sourcing and vetting to coordinating final interviews. Brand Ambassador: Represent Nation Security with a professional, energetic, and "people-first" attitude in every interaction. Operational Flow: Keep the recruitment engine running smoothly by leveraging Google Calendar for scheduling and Google Drive for seamless document management. Qualifications Fluency: 100% Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must. You can build rapport in both languages effortlessly. Recruiting DNA: Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, screening, and interviewing. Board Savvy: Deep familiarity with modern job boards and a sharp eye for spotting great resumes in a sea of applications. Tech Intuition: Highly proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
