QA TesterKey ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate contracted testing resources as neededEnsure all test cases meet Equitable Advisors standards and are properly documented in Azure DevOpsReview test results for completeness and qualityMonitor and report testing progress against milestones and timelinesFacilitate defect triage and ensure timely resolution and retestingCollaborate with business and IT stakeholdersProvide status reporting and escalate risks/issues as neededEnsure accurate documentation of testing outcomesRequired Qualifications4+ years of QA/testing experience in financial servicesStrong experience coordinating large-scale testing effortsPrior experience with advisor platforms, wealth management, or banking systemsDeep understanding of functional, regression, and integration testingStrong knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect trackingExcellent communication and organizational skillsExperience with large-scale system migrations or transformation programsExposure to LPL Financial's ClientWorks, Account View, or similar platformsUnderstanding of end-to-end business workflows in financial servicesDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
