CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Summary:
Provide essential patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Support residents with daily activities and ensure their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and document patient condition and reports any changes to nursing staff.
• Follow established protocols for patient safety and infection control.
• Support healthcare team in delivering quality patient care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Comply with facility policies, including identification and vaccination requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in the state or applicable licensing authority.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to accurately document patient information and observe changes.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess current COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation.
• Able to follow strict safety and infection control procedures.
