Union Adventist University in Lincoln, NE The Life Coach is responsible for the achievement of excellent services in coaching, academic advising, academic support skills, and non-academic support tools. This individual will be a partner in implementing strategic initiatives related to student retention, engagement, and graduation, and will assume programmatic support responsibilities. Required Experience Bachelor's degree in education or related field required; master's degree preferred. Experience in teaching university-level courses and/or adults preferred. 3 years of experience in higher education preferred. Holds or is able/willing to obtain life coach certification. Able to create and maintain good working relationships with students. Special Requirements An expressed commitment to Jesus Christ, the teachings, and the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church; a Seventh-day Adventist church member in good and regular standing.
