• Dates of Coverage: ASAP
• Total Number of Beds: 300
• Number of Physicians in Practice: 5
• Number of APPs: 1-2
• Support Staff: Nurse midwife on floor, RNs
• Onsite Lab: Yes
• Onsite Ultrasound: Yes
• Percentage of Practice is Low Risk Pregnancy: 70%
• Percentage of Practice is High Risk Pregnancy: 30%
• Percentage of Patients with C-Section: 40%
• Average Number of Nursery Admissions Per Day: 4-5
• Nursery Level: II
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
• Trauma Level/Designation: Level II Trauma

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified: Required
• PA License: Required
• BLS, ACLS Certification: Required
• Clean Background: Highly preferred for quick turnaround
• Local/Mileage Reimbursement: Highly preferred (client will prioritize providers that are)
• Certification Requirements: Board Certified
• State License Requirements: Pennsylvania
