Hale Injury Law is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our growing personal injury litigation team. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a strong litigation background who can effectively support attorneys through all phases of litigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation experience required
• Strong knowledge of Nevada civil litigation procedures and deadlines
• Experience drafting litigation documents and managing a litigation caseload
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software (Filevine experience preferred)

Responsibilities

• Draft complaints, summonses, and other pleadings for attorney review
• Prepare shells and first drafts of motions, oppositions, replies, and stipulations
• Assist attorneys with written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions
• Draft and organize discovery responses
• Coordinate service of process and track service deadlines
• Manage litigation deadlines and maintain accurate calendaring
• Prepare hearing, mediation, arbitration, and trial materials
• Obtain, organize, and summarize medical records and other evidence
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, medical providers, and court personnel
• Assist attorneys with case strategy, file management, and trial preparation
• Maintain detailed case notes and ensure files remain organized and litigation-ready

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling personal injury litigation matters from filing through resolution
• Familiarity with state and federal court filing procedures
• Strong drafting and proofreading abilities
• Ability to anticipate attorney needs and proactively move cases forward
