Social Media Coordinator

CaloAesthetics Plastic Surgery Center is a premier plastic surgery practice with a team of highly skilled surgeons across multiple locations in Louisville and Lexington. We are looking for a creative, driven Social Media Coordinator who lives and breathes content; someone who can tell our story, showcase our work, and grow our presence across every platform we touch. The Role As our Social Media Coordinator, you will own the CaloAesthetics brand voice online from concept to publish. You will shoot, edit, schedule, and strategize, working closely with our clinical and marketing teams across both locations to create content that educates, inspires, and converts. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, navigates strong personalities with professionalism and confidence, and knows how to get what they need to do their job well, even when everyone around them is busy. Travel between our locations is required. What You'll Do Plan, produce, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business Profile Shoot and edit photo and video content in-house, including Reels and TikToks Design on-brand graphics and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva Coordinate content shoots and appearances around OR and clinic schedules across 5 surgeons Manage and maintain the content calendar end-to-end Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and grow our community Track performance analytics and deliver regular reporting with actionable insights Identify and nurture B2B partnership opportunities with complementary local businesses for cross-promotional campaigns that expand reach and drive mutual growth Support planning and promotion of practice events, open houses, and special campaigns Stay current on aesthetics industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and content best practices What We're Looking For 2-4 years of social media experience, ideally in aesthetics, med spa, or healthcare Proven video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikTok) Strong photography eye with experience shooting in a clinical or lifestyle setting Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva Comfort with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making Ability to thrive alongside strong personalities and competing priorities in a high-performing surgical environment Confident, proactive communicator who can advocate for their needs and keep projects moving Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between two local locations Self-starter who manages multiple priorities without dropping the ball Passion for the aesthetics industry and visual storytelling Experience with B2B co-marketing or cross-brand partnerships a plus Intermediate videography skills a plus, including experience with a dedicated camera, basic lighting setup, and editing in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro Why CaloAesthetics Full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package Work alongside a talented team of 5 surgeons in a dynamic, growing practice Be a key voice in shaping the brand presence of one of Louisville’s leading plastic surgery centers Opportunity to make a real creative impact and grow with the brand Core hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
